Who We are

Quality Electric of Northeast PA was founded and established in 2003 by Dale Newman (our president) operating out of his basement and Suzuki Sidekick as a small electrical contracting business working mainly in homes around the Wilkes-Barre area. By 2008, we moved into the building we're still in today on Main Street in Swoyersville Pennsylvania. We still do the majority of our work for residential customers in their homes, but we also provide commercial and industrial electrical contracting. We are also a Generac generator sales, service and installation dealer.

Some of our commercial/Industrial clients include Verizon, Penn State University, American Water, Starbucks, Dollar General, Love's Travel Center, Lowe's, UGI, Chicago Bridge and Iron, Caldwell Tanks, Waste Management and more.

We are licensed and insured, and our president is a master electrician, a licensed electrical inspector with the PA department of Labor and Industry, and a member of the IAEI (International Association of Electrical Inspectors). All of our electricians attend regular continuing education courses and seminars to keep up-to-date on our industry. Safe, quality work is what we strive for daily.
